Our aim is to create a development that positively contributes to the local area by providing quality new homes integrated with the surrounding community and green areas, with new pedestrian and cycle links.
Elivia Homes aim to submit a planning application to the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead this Autumn and welcome your feedback on the proposals presented here.
In summary, the proposals will deliver:
- 47 high-quality new homes, 30% of which will be affordable
- Building heights to be no higher than 3-storeys and an architectural style in keeping with the character of the local area
- Improved pedestrian and cycle connections between the site and nearby local amenities, including the Braywick Nature Centre, Braywick Park Leisure and Sports Centre, and local bus services
- The retention and incorporation of existing mature trees and hedgerow buffers into the site layout design to provide a natural, green setting
- New public open space for the whole community to enjoy
- A substantial contribution towards the cost of infrastructure projects within the area such as schools, transport improvements and GP Practices
- Provision of 2 custom build plots
